Which of the following best describes the reason why you wish to appeal?
There was no signage
Motorists are responsible for observing all signage at a parking location and bay markings displayed to aid their decisions when driving. Where restrictions are in effect, the restrictions are either displayed on signage or marked.
If you believe that where you were parked was not prohibited by either the site's restriction signage or markings, please provide photographic evidence with your appeal, along with an explanation.
You may still be liable for the fine.
I had a medical emergency
If you were involved in a medical emergency, we may consider your challenge. You will need to provide us with a formal letter from a health professional that treated you or a passenger directly after the event.
The reason for my appeal is not listed here
If the reason you wish to appeal is not listed above, your appeal may still be considered where there are exceptional mitigating circumstances. Please ensure you provide evidence to support the reason for your appeal.
