These specialised exercise classes are designed for people who have had a heart attack or heart surgery and want to improve their health and fitness.
The classes are taught by qualified British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation instructors.
Who can attend?
You must have received an onward referral from a Phase III provider or a suitably qualified medical professional to attend these classes.

How much does it cost?
Classes are £4.20 per session or you can buy a 10-class pass for £37.
