For Disabled Badge holders, free parking is allowed in all Council Pay & Display car parks, with no time limit, on condition that a valid blue badge is displayed on the dashboard of the car.

Cambridgeshire Direct handle applications for blue badges which allow special parking concessions to disabled drivers or passengers who qualify for the scheme. For information please phone the Blue Badge line on 0845 045 5204.

Charges

There is no charge for assessments but most other services do attract a charge. These will be fully explained before anyone commits themselves to anything. In some cases the amount to be paid will depend on a person’s level of income, savings and capital.
