Popular sporting activities for young people to take part in are returning during the October half term. Places are filling up fast but are still available for golf at Hemingford Abbots Golf Complex with popular junior instructor Tai Tuwai, basketball in conjunction with Huntingdon Hawks Basketball Club for 11 – 16 year olds, and also mountain biking with a British cycling coach at Hinchingbrooke Country Park.

Fun activity roadshows are taking place in Brampton, Somersham and Little Paxton. They are free of charge for six to 12 year olds. All of the roadshow sessions are due to take place outside but have indoor facilities booked as well, and will include lots of fun play and sports activities.

All of the activities are organised by the leisure development team at Huntingdonshire District Council, in partnership with local sports clubs, sports organisations and parish councils.
