St Neots Leisure Centre is celebrating the opening of a brand new tennis facility by inviting the public to take advantage of an Open Day to try tennis for FREE.

The Open Day takes place at St Neots Leisure Centre on Saturday 28th June 2008, from 10.00am to 8.00pm. 

There will be free tasters for 6 – 10 year olds, a chance to see how fast you can serve using speed gun technology and a mini Olympics to test your ball control, accuracy and target hitting. 

If you just want to play a friendly game there are six courts available from 3.00pm to use free of charge.

The project to provide public tennis facilities to the St Neots area cost over £300,000 which has been funded by BIG Lottery Funding and Huntingdonshire District Council.
