Yoga and massages are not just for adults – they are for babies and toddlers too!

Huntingdon Leisure Centre is offering Baby and Toddler Yoga and Baby Massages classes to help enhance the relationship between you and your child.  As well as teaching massage routines, yoga postures and relaxation techniques they will give you social time and lots of fun to use with your child as they grow.  The Toddler Yoga class uses songs and rhymes alongside movement and stretching.

Courses cost £30 for six weeks and take place on Tuesdays starting from Tuesday 22 July.  There are limited spaces available so advance booking is required.
