Members of the public are being invited to attend a drop-in session to help test and improve Huntingdonshire District Councils website.

The drop-in session will be held on Friday 1 February at the council’s customer services, Centenary House, St Marys Street, Huntingdon. It will be hosted by the council’s web team and members of the public can drop in at anytime throughout the day.

The council is looking to improve the way its website works and to help customers gain easier access to the information and services by observing the way the public uses the site.

There is an average of about 2,500 visitors to the website every day and the council is constantly trying to improve the information available to its customers when bringing new services online.

If you have any suggestions or comments about how the council could improve its online service then come along on Friday 1 February. If you have any questions you can email  Rob Purkiss using the link on the right.

Rob Purkiss Web Content Coordinator said; “To help us improve the service we provide we thought it would be a useful exercise to get the users to test the site. We’d love to hear what you think and listen to your suggestions for improving your online experience”.

An online questionnaire will also be available in February, so if you are unable to attend the drop-in session then keep an eye on the front page of our website where you will be able to access the online questionnaire to provide comments and feedback.
