What gives Hemingford Abbots and Hemingford Grey their special character? How can we ensure that this character is maintained? Are there any areas that could be improved? How can I have my say?

Hemingford Abbots and Hemingford Grey have a combined conservation area that is under review. Two documents have been produced and are out for public consultation allowing members of the public to have their say on the proposals.

The Hemingfords Boundary Review and Character Assessment documents are available from Huntingdonshire District Council’s website or hard copies are available for viewing at the St Ives Library and the council’s customer service centre, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon.

All comments and views are welcome and should be addressed to the head of planning at the council or by email to Matthew Hare using the link on the right All comments should be made by Friday 7 March, when the consultation period ends.
