A Baroque Musical Feast (16/04/08)

Join Duo Dorado – Hazel Brooks violin and David Pollock harpsichord - in a luscious programme of sumptuous sonatas, rich melodies and tantalising counterpoint from 18c Europe at Hinchingbrooke PAC on Friday 25th April.

Hazel and David, who have been charming audiences all over the UK and abroad, are passionate about music from the baroque era, and often introduce the music with readings and anecdotes.  David’s highly decorated harpsichord looks stunning and the music – from Corelli, Scarlatti, Telemann, Handel and Bach - is set to “ravish the ear” as a recent reviewer remarked.

Duo Dorado is the third concert in this year’s Hinchingbrooke Spring Music season.  Tickets for under-18s have been kept at £3; adult tickets are £6.50 & £8.50.
