Huntingdon residents are invited to attend an exhibition explaining the proposed changes to the conservation areas in the town.
Young people are being invited to take part in street sports in Huntingdon on Mondays at King George V Field on St Peters Road from 5.00pm – 6.00pm and at Coneygear Park from 6.30 – 7.30pm.

A former Yaxley woman was given an 18-month prison sentence suspended for two years by Cambridge Crown Court after pleading guilty to five charges of benefit fraud.
A St Neots man who received just over £6,500 in benefits that he was not entitled to was told by magistrates that: “it was a wilful and persistent fraud on the public purse.”

The Huntingdonshire Disability Sports Forum 2007 indoor festival has received a boost this week with confirmation of the attendance of Jayant Mistry. Jayant is British number one wheelchair tennis player and has been since 1995. He has had many successes in his sport including 65 international career titles and was the winner of the inaugural doubles competitions at the Australian Open in 2002 and Wimbledon in 2005.

The Huntingdonshire Health Walks Scheme holds regular walks in St Ives, St Neots, Huntingdon, Ramsey and Yaxley and is run in partnership with Huntingdonshire District Council and Cambridgeshire Primary Care Trust. New to St Ives are the more gentle graded walks.
