Ramsey Community Information Centre and Age Concern’s community warden scheme are working together once again to give older people in Ramsey a Christmas to remember, by providing seasonal hampers to people living alone and registered with the community warden scheme.

Local people were very generous last year and your help is needed again. Would you be able to purchase one extra item with your weekly shopping? This could be a small pudding, tinned food, sweets or toiletries. Items can be dropped off at the collection point in Huntingdonshire District Council’s community information centre at 39 Great Whyte, Ramsey, where the hampers will be boxed up in the week ending 14 December. The hampers will be distributed by the community warden to older people in the Ramsey area.
