Treat yourself to an evening of relaxation and exercise among the company of friends, partners or family and choose from a selection or beauty treatments.

The pamper evening is taking place at St Neots Leisure Centre on Monday 26 March at 7.00pm.  This is the second time the centre has hosted the event after the last evening was a great success.

Tickets are only £6.50 in advance or £8.00 on the evening and include a free soft drink on arrival, free fitness class tasters, free use of the sauna and steam room, free aquafit and leisurely swims and £1 off sunbed sessions.

There is the opportunity to try a variety of beauty treatments including Indian head massage, reiki, reflexology, massages, manicures, pedicures and much more.  These are available from just £5 each and can also be booked in advance.

An exhibition of beauty stalls and displays with exciting products ranging from make-up to jewellery to arts & crafts have been booked for the evening.
