Make your pledge
From Monday 18th June 2012, One Leisure in conjunction with Technogym, are encouraging the local community to pledge and achieve their personal goals in conjunction with the London 2012 Olympic games.
Do you need motivation to achieve a healthier lifestyle or a nudge to try something such as taking the family swimming or to try a new fitness class? Then create your pledge to make it real.
Next time you visit One Leisure, simply ask a member of staff for a pledge card, write your pledge and stick it to our pledge wall to make it public. Each time you walk past the wall you will see your pledge and be motivated and focussed to achieve your goal.
The first 40 One Leisure customers to create a pledge will receive a free Olympic wristband to help support 'Our Greatest Team'.
We are not asking you to pledge to run a marathon or compete for Iron Man but to simply pledge to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Whether it is to try a new sport or fitness class, to take the family swimming or to simply be more positive and smile, every pledge counts.
So let’s get together and make a pledge!
