Godmanchester nursery fun day
Children and their parents are invited to a family fun day at Huntingdonshire Community Nursery on Saturday 4 August.
A range of activities will be on offer, including bug hunting, a discovery trail and quiz, badge making and bat box building. Children and adults alike can get creative making ‘green crafts’ from willow and recycled materials.
One of our resident beekeepers will be demonstrating the apiary at 2.30pm and 3.30pm. This is a brilliant opportunity to peek into the private life of these fascinating creatures.
The family fun day runs from 2pm-4pm and costs just £2 per child, adults free. Children must be accompanied. Activities are suitable for ages 5-11, but all are welcome. Huntingdonshire Community Nursery is located on Park Lane, Godmanchester.
