Payments

If you should wish to increase your monthly payment, in order to clear your loan earlier than the agreed term, please instruct your bank to change your monthly bankers order (if applicable) to the sum required. It is not necessary to inform the Income Section of an increased payment amount.

Building Insurance

The annual Building Insurance premium is due in the month of April and covers the period 1 April to 31 March. If you would prefer to pay the insurance premium by monthly instalments, please contact the Income Section accordingly.

However, you should first get in touch with the Income Section to obtain the group policy reference and the member’s reference.

Mortgage payment arrears

If you are experiencing difficulty in maintaining your monthly mortgage payment, please contact the Income Section, as soon as possible, to discuss a suitable repayment plan.

Redemptions

Requests for a redemption figure can be made by telephone to the Income Section. A statement will then be posted to you quoting a redemption figure valid for the current month only.
