The electronic tourist information kiosks in St Ives, Ramsey and Huntingdon were developed in response to the growing demand for timely tourist information in towns that don’t have a Tourist Information Centre. The state-of-the-art kiosks, which are located at the Sheep Market in St Ives, the Great Whyte in Ramsey, and St Benedict's Court in Huntingdon provide information about where to eat, what to see and do and where to stay in Huntingdonshire. They also provide access to other useful information, such as:
- General Transport Information (bus, trains, planes and taxis)
- NHS Direct
- Doctors’ surgeries, Pharmacies
- Local and central government services
- Childline
- Maps and directions
- East of England Tourist Board and VisitBritain Information
- BBC Website
- Yellow Pages
- Cambridgeshire Police
