Set within the 170 acre Hinchingbrooke Country Park, just outside Huntingdon, the Countryside Centre is an unusual and relaxing location for your conference, training or meeting and perfect for clubs, natural history based or otherwise!

Meetings, Training and Conferences

The rooms are hired by the hour (minimum hire of 2 hours) and can be laid out to suit your needs. Discounts may be available for charitable, environmental organisations and voluntary groups.
There are 2 rooms available:

  • Kestrel Room which seats max. 60 people
  • Wren Room which seats max. 40 people
  • The Kestrel & Wren Rooms can be made into one large room by pushing back sliding shutters and then seats max. 100 people.

We have the following equipment available for hire:
Overhead projector (not Power Point compatible)
Staging
Slide Projector
Flip chart and pens
Television, Video & DVD player
Microphone

Or simply let us know you will be bringing a data projection unit & we can provide the stands, electricity cable and screen.

We can serve tea, coffee, squash & biscuits for you, alternatively you can bring your own and use our urn and mugs for £5 saving you some money and giving you the flexibility of clearing up yourselves.
