Relax and unwind in our pine sauna and steam room.  They can help detoxify your body, revive tired muscles, increase blood flow and treat respiratory problems.

Entrance to the health suite, is restricted to holders of a valid St Neots Leisure Centre members card. The entrance fee for use of the Sauna and Steam Room is £3.30.

Customers who use another activity at the centre on the same day can use the Sauna and Steam Rooms at half price!

The Sauna and Steam Room is free for Advantage and Classic members and holders of Adult Swim Passes.
