Day Care

Day Care Services help people continue living in their own homes, by giving them additional support they could require, such as Home Care/Cleaning, or  'community meals'.  Day Care can assist full time carers by providing them with respite from their caring role.  Day Care Services can also bring together older and/or disabled people who might otherwise be lonely or isolated. This can include clients having a meal together, or meeting up for a chat,  games, or just company. Call the County Council on 0845 045 5202 to book an assessment if you think that you, or someone you know or provide care for, might benefit from these services.
