Classes are available every weekday across Huntingdonshire

Phase IV Classes

These specialised exercise classes are designed for people who have experienced a heart attack or undergone heart surgery and wish to improve their health and fitness.

The classes are taught by qualified British Association for Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructors at the following Leisure Centres:

• Huntingdon
• St Ives
• St Neots
• Sawtry (RightStart Class suitable for Phase IV participants)

New participants can join a class once they have undergone a Phase III exercise programme in hospital or upon referral from a medical professional.

Classes cost £2.80 a visit and run every week.
