Domestic waste is waste from householders which cannot be recycled, composted, reused or disposed of by other means.

• We collect domestic waste from households in the district using grey wheeled bins.
• For smaller properties with storage and access issues, households use blue sacks for their domestic waste collection.
• Domestic waste is collected every two weeks. To find out which day your domestic waste is collected, please see the link in related information.

Important Information

• Please place your domestic waste on the edge of your property by 6.30am on the day of collection.
• Please ensure that all your waste is inside the bin. Only waste inside the wheeled bins will be taken.
• Make sure you do not overfill your wheeled bin. If your bin is too heavy to move, it will not be emptied.
