The Refuse & Recycling Service
- Since January 2003 we have made some major improvements to the collection services offered to our residents. These are all aimed at making it easier for residents to recycle.
We collect a wide range of materials from the kerbside using wheeled bins where possible. The three main waste streams we collect are as follows:
- Dry Recycling - Cans, tins, paper, card, & plastic bottles.
- Garden & Kitchen Waste - For composting
- Domestic Waste - Anything that cannot be recycled
For further information about each of these collections please see the relevant link on the left.
For all our policies relating to this service, please look at the policy information in linked documents on the right.
To find out when your refuse & recycling is collected please click on the bin collection link in related information on the right.
