Community - Huntingdonshire is a diverse and varied district with many distinct and vibrant communities.  We are working closely with local people and other partners to deliver services and initiatives which are responsive to what local people actually want.
Huntingdonshire District Council has done much work with local people on improving the quality of life for residents, businesses and visitors in the area.  However, we cannot do it without your help.  Between November 1999 and September 2000, we undertook an extensive consultation process to make sure that we are doing what you expect us to do.  You have told us your aspirations and hopes, your concerns and worries.  We are committed to doing what we can to help you realize the environment and community in which you want to live.
