Viewing Existing Applications

“Public Access” for planning is an on-line Internet service that allows you to view details including associated plans and documents of planning applications being considered by the Council.  You can monitor the progress of an application, submit comments about the application, search a constantly updated list of applications received and decided each week, view details of many historic applications and view property details by reference to a map.

Planning applications may be inspected by:

  1. Visiting Customer Services Centre at Centenary House, St Marys’s Street, Huntingdon – opening hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4.30pm Friday.  If you wish to view the actual hard copy application files then you must contact Customer Services first and give 24 hours notice of which file you wish to view;
  2. By contacting the parish or town council for the area in question (A list of contact details can be found on the right);
  3. By using the Council’s “on – line” system for viewing planning applications, “Planning Public Access”.
