Food Hygiene Training

We offer a range of training for food handlers in Huntingdonshire and we work in partnership with other organisations to provide training.

We can provide details of organisations that offer a range of training courses and we provide the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Caterers (formerly the Basic Food Hygiene Course).

Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Caterers

The course is held over an afternoon and early evening and ends with a short multiple choice examination paper. Certificates will be awarded to successful candidates.

If your first language is not English or you have reading or writing difficulties then oral examinations can be conducted.
