The purpose of this Urban Design Framework is to provide guidance to potential developers on how the three allocated sites at the western edge of St Ives, including one site in the parish of Houghton, should be developed in line with the Council’s planning and design requirements. These reflect wider visual and landscape considerations as well as site-specific opportunities and constraints.
