Earlier Studies of Ramsey town centre and more specifically the area being covered by our Masterplan, has identified the need for a comprehensive approach to the redevelopment of this area.  This Masterplan proposal sets out how the site can be developed in a manner consistent with the aims of Cambridgeshire County Council whist enhancing and being appropriate to the historic area in which the site is located. The Masterplan also seeks to ensure the continuing use and sensitive refurbishment and restoration of the listed buildings on the site. It is important a positive future is secured for the site and to this end all proposals are founded on realistic, positive and deliverable proposals.
