The District Council has published a draft design brief that sets out the form and type of housing development that may be acceptable on the Alfred Hall Memorial Field, currently used by Eynesbury Rovers Football Club. This land is included in the Urban Design Framework for land in the vicinity of St Neots Community College as a potential site for housebuilding.

The public consultation period for this document  extended from 15th September to 6th October 2005.
