Following public consultations carried out in the autumn of 2005, the District Council’s Cabinet adopted the amended Conservation Area boundary for Ramsey, and the associated Character Assessment and Management Plan.

The Conservation Area became effective from 15.12.05 and Planning Permission will now be required for certain tree works and development normally outside planning control.
