The Customer Service Centre at Centenary House was opened in July 2007 to make it easier for people to make enquiries and access the services we provide.

In the centre you will be dealt with fairly, courteously and with integrity by staff who understand your needs. We currently deal with enquiries about Planning, Building Control, Environmental Health, Housing, Licensing, Land Charges, Housing and Council Tax Benefits, Payments, Council Tax, Business Rates, Electoral Services, Sundry Income and Fraud.

We are open Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00am to 4:30 pm.
