Tilbrook
This village standing on the River Til is Kimbolton's western neighbour. A quiet little place in undulating countryside with social life centred upon its active local community. The elegant manor house dates back to the 16th Century, recently refurbished. The 14th Century preaching cross has recently been renovated and is situated at the centre of the village close to the beautiful medieval church. The church displays a rood screen, part of which is on display in the Victoria and Albert Museum. The village has one public house and a playing field. The village hall has been renovated and extended with the help of funding from inter alia the Millennium Commission, Huntingdonshire District Council, the Countryside Commission, as well as significant fund raising within the village.
