Grafham
In the south-west of the District, Grafham is a peaceful village close to the northern edge of Grafham Water. The main car park, Visitor Centre with bicycle hire and watersports facilities, lie just to the south of the village from which it is possible to follow numerous country walks including the 26 mile Three Shires bridleway. There is a pub and bed and breakfast accommodation in the village and a popular camping and caravan park on the outskirts. The oldest part of Grafham lies around the beautiful rural, 12th Century Church of All Saints which itself overlooks the Water. A new village hall built on the sports field and near the children's playground, is developing a second centre for this growing community.
