No fee is charged for charitable street and house to house collections.

Please note that the fees shown for public entertainment, theatres, cinemas and late night refreshment are now covered by the scale of fees applicable under the Licensing Act 2003. The level of fees can be found on pages 35, 36 and 37 of the 'Guidance Notes for Applicants' under the Licensing Act 2003. The fees are based on the non domestic rateable value of the premises. Premises that are exempt from paying a fee can be found on page 36.
