The fees detailed below are correct as at 1st April 2007. All cheques must be made payable to Huntingdonshire District Council. These will be reviewed in the context of changes being introduced by the Government’s local authority modernisation programme and the introduction of the Home Information Pack. The appropriate fee must accompany searches. If the initial payment is insufficient, we will return the search.

Land Charges Fees with effect from 1st April 2007

• Basic Search Fee  £130.00
• LLC1 (search of Land Charges Register only)  £6.00
• LLC1 from the 1st Sept 2008  £30.00
• Personal Search  £11.00
  
• Standard Enquiries CON 29R
  (a) one parcel of land   £124.00 (this will change as of the 1st Sept to £100.00)
  (b) several parcels of land (each additional parcel)  £13.80
  
• CON 29O (Each Enquiry)  £8.00 except Question 22 which is a fee of £14.00
• Solicitors Own Enquiry (Each Enquiry)   £10.00

Prices for Copies of Documents

Costs for copies of Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (S106) documents or similar vary depending on the number and size of pages and are therefore priced per page. Please contact the Local Land Charges Section for prices.
